Voice & Audio Data
- Voice recordings are processed in real-time for speech-to-text conversion
- Audio is sent to Deepgram (speech recognition) and processed transiently — we do not store raw audio files
- Transcribed text is stored as part of project conversations and command history
Project Data
- Client discovery conversations and Project DNA canvas content
- Project milestones, tasks, schedules, and selections
- Photos uploaded for project documentation
- Files linked via Google Drive integration
Usage Data
- Command history and interaction patterns (to improve AI responses)
- Device type and browser information

- To build and maintain Project DNA canvases

- Supabase — Database and authentication
- Vercel — Application hosting
- Google Drive — File storage integration (optional)

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

- All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
- API keys and credentials are stored as environment variables, never in client-side code
- We do not sell your data to third parties

Project data is retained for the duration of the project and for a reasonable period afterward for reference. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy
BuildOS is a business tool designed for construction professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
